We begin with the breath — one of the most effective ways to regulate your nervous system and shift how you feel from the inside out. Your breath becomes a doorway to safety, clarity, and steadiness in your body.
From there, we use supportive coaching conversations to explore what else is influencing your wellbeing — your stress patterns, daily rhythms, boundaries, rest, and habits.
Reiki is woven through our work to help release held tension and restore balance at a deeper, energetic level. This combination supports not just short-term relief, but lasting change.
Between sessions, you’ll be offered simple, nourishing practices to help integrate the work into your everyday life, so the shifts you feel begin to settle and stay.
What this looks like....
We begin with an intake session (up to 2 hours) — a spacious and supportive conversation where we explore:
• how your current breathing patterns are influencing how you feel day to day
• how different aspects of your life may be shaping your habitual state of being
• the direction you’d like to move toward — the change you’re seeking
From there, we start to create your personal roadmap — a gentle, realistic path to help you move toward more ease, calm, and energy in your daily life.
Your follow-up sessions (held weekly, fortnightly or monthly) offer ongoing guidance, accountability, and support. Each session is intuitively tailored to you, blending conscious conversation, mini breathwork sessions, and Reiki to help you integrate, adjust, and continue moving forward.
Sessions can be online (zoom) or face to face in Tarzali.

A nurturing 1:1 session designed to help you release stress, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself beneath the busyness of everyday life.
You’ll begin with guided breathwork to gently unwind tension and ease you into deep relaxation. As you rest—cosy, safe, supported—Reiki energy is sent into your body and energy system, helping to clear emotional blocks, restore balance, and bring you back to a place of calm and clarity.
You may drift into a meditative state or simply feel held in stillness.
Afterwards, there’s time to gently return and talk through simple, supportive tools you can use to carry that sense of calm into your daily life.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more spacious, and more like you again.

Self Care and wellbeing practices should be nice and easy right.. but they often aren't. Life gets in the way, they become just another thing to do and so the intention of self care is lost and we beat ourselves up.
Arenda and the Self Care Room have helped me see regular wellbeing practices in a completely new light - as something truly nourishing and achievable.
I joined on recommendation of my sister and so I didn't really have any goals or expectations. Arenda kindly met with me and after a discussion about where I am at in my journey, helped me come up with a wellbeing practice that felt aligned with where I was at and one that would be most beneficial and not feel like a chore...Sometimes we set these things, and programs typically encourage them, based on what we think we 'should' do and then struggle because whilst they may be good for us, aren't ultimately aligned. Arenda's approach, whilst in a group format, focuses on the individual's body, mind and soul and life circumstances, so in helping me find that which aligned with all, I have found it easier.
Her check ins thereafter have felt like having a cheerleader in my corner and she has such a beautiful energy that I always feel buoyed hearing from her.
Through her thoughtful guidance and practical strategies, I’ve learned to be kinder to myself and approach self-care with more ease and intention.
The support calls during the month with Arenda and other community members feels like support from trusted wise friends and is a safe, welcoming space where I feel encouraged and empowered to take care of myself in a way that feels right for me, but also provides safety in sharing our experiences as a 'community', which I feel is lacking in our current day and age of technology and busy-ness, and the community serves to also help normalise the challenges we all face and feel less alone.
The monthly reiki is a beautiful gift, that also helps transform your actions in an aligned way.
Originally I was a bit 'ahh, commitment, time, eeee' but the two hours a month have been invaluable. We started with habit setting, but from a more realistic, feminine perspective (rather than just do all the things always or failing), then moved onto limiting beliefs. It's been the nudge I needed to make, and more surprisingly, actually (finally) mostly stick to some positive changes in a gentle way.
Did I mention she's wise without being all-knowing preachy, just endlessly optimistic and encouraging, a cheerleader in your pocket.
The Self Care Room is a wonderfully supportive space to be on your journey to wellbeing. Arenda has a lovely gentle way about her and gives personalised guidance along with accountability to help you form good habits for a better life. The Room is also a great place to connect with others and make friends. It’s a place where I have shown my vulnerability without fear of judgment and got support when I needed it.

As a fixer and workaholic I found myself unning on empty and disconnected from all emotions. While I knew that I didn't like feeling like I was I didn't know how to start fixing it or even what I was ultimately aiming for. Arenda was able to help me work out what I wanted to achieve in a general sense and then showed me how to develop small short term
goals that built on achieving the end result. This method meant changes were manageable and achievable with growth and rewards seen very quickly. Changing your internal monologue and mindset is one of the hardest things to do but with Arenda's help I seen improvements in only 6 weeks and have the skills now to
continue to build on my successes so far.
Arenda helped me connect to myself and the ways I can support and love myself more. Her insights really hit home and I feel like Arenda understood my challenges and the support and encouragement to look
